Terms & Conditions

Per-pickup pricing: the more parcels the driver collects in one pickup, the lower the rate per parcel
Tier is chosen when the driver confirms pickup — batch size decides the rate for every order in that pickup
Failed deliveries are retried at no extra cost
Returns to merchant (RTO) charged per RTO fee policy configured by admin
COD handling fee applies to every Cash on Delivery order, deducted at settlement
Parcels exceeding 5 kg require a custom quotation
Maximum dimensions: 50 × 50 × 50 cm — oversized parcels require quotation
Prohibited items: flammable, perishable, hazardous materials not accepted
Standard liability covers up to Rs 5,000 per parcel
