Flat Rs 140 per parcel for delivery anywhere in Mauritius — no zones, no surge pricing
Pickup fee of Rs 100 applies to pickups of 1–4 parcels; pickups of 5 or more parcels are free
Failed deliveries are retried at no extra cost
Returns to merchant (RTO) charged per RTO fee policy configured by admin
A 1% COD collection fee applies to each Cash on Delivery order, deducted automatically at settlement
Parcels exceeding 5 kg require a custom quotation
Maximum dimensions: 50 × 50 × 50 cm — oversized parcels require quotation
Prohibited items: flammable, perishable, hazardous materials not accepted
Standard liability covers up to Rs 5,000 per parcel
