Terms & ConditionsShow
- Delivery is a fixed rate per parcel based on the parcels collected in one pickup: Rs 140 for 1–9 parcels, Rs 130 for 10–29 parcels, and Rs 125 for 30 or more parcels. One islandwide rate — no zone or surge charges.
- Pickup is free once your total parcels for the day reach 3; a Rs 60 pickup fee applies to a day with only 1–2 parcels, charged once — not per parcel.
- COD collection is free — Rapido never charges a percentage of your sales.
- Failed deliveries are retried at no extra cost.
- Returns to merchant (RTO) are charged per the RTO fee policy configured by admin.
- Standard parcel: up to 5 kg and 16 × 12 × 12 inches. Oversized or overweight parcels require a custom quotation.
- Prohibited items: flammable, perishable, or hazardous materials are not accepted.
- Standard liability covers up to Rs 5,000 per parcel.
