1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information including: full name, phone number (+230), delivery addresses, order history, and payment information. For drivers, we also collect vehicle details, license information, and GPS location data during active deliveries.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: process delivery orders, assign drivers, send delivery notifications (via SMS and push), process payments and COD, improve our services, and communicate important updates.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. All database tables are protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Financial data is logged in immutable audit logs. Phone numbers are stored in international format (+230XXXXXXXX).

4. GPS & Location Data

Driver GPS locations are collected every 10 seconds during active delivery sessions. This data is used for real-time tracking and dispatch optimization. Location data is not shared with third parties.

5. Communication

We communicate via WhatsApp (primary), SMS (fallback), and push notifications. Notification preferences can be configured by administrators. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

6. Data Sharing

We share limited information between parties as needed: customer delivery address with assigned drivers, driver name and phone with customers during active deliveries, and order details with merchants for their own orders.
